This shipping & delivery policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. We offer UPS Ground. A third-party supplier will be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. All orders will be shipped between 14 - 18 days of the online order date. You will track your packages at the Shop link within the Dronekulture website after the order has been processed.

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date.
